Central Bank of Iraq | Launching the Citizens Complaints Management Platform

As part of the Central Bank of Iraq's efforts to enhance transparency and protect the rights of financial consumers, an electronic platform has been launched to receive citizens' complaints about financial services provided by banking and non-banking institutions. This platform aims to provide an easy interactive means that enables users to communicate their problems with ease and effectiveness.


How to use the platform:

1- Log in to the electronic link: https://complaint.app.cbi.iq

2- -You will be transferred to the Aur portal, which is an official and reliable government portal.

3- Create your account first, log in to reach the complaints system management interface.

4- Fill out the electronic complaint form with the required information, and attach the documents or images that support the complaint.

5- Complete the steps and send the complaint, and you will receive a special code to follow up on it later via a text message.
