The Commercial Islamic Bank of Iraq always seeks to provide the best by keeping pace with modern secure technical developments that allow the bank’s customers to benefit from these electronic banking services by simply communicating via the Internet using their personal computer or smartphone from anywhere in the world; The customer can conduct his banking transactions himself without having to visit the bank branches, as the customer can transfer amounts between his accounts, obtain an account statement, know the balance, transfer from the customer's account to another customer's account within the same bank, in addition to the possibility of submitting requests such as requesting a checkbook in a manner that is easy and clear and supported by the highest levels of security.

To obtain this service, it is required:-

  • Fill out the online banking request form.
  • Deposit and withdrawal service from any branch

    Through this service, the customer can benefit from the banking services provided by the bank by going to any accessible branch and it is not necessary to go to the branch (in which the account was previously opened).

    To obtain this service, it is required:-

    • When depositing and the amount exceeds (10,000) US dollars or (13,200,000) Iraqi dinars, the customer must provide supporting documents and fill out the Know Your Customer (KYC) form.
    • As for withdrawal by a beneficiary, the civil status ID and the residence card or the unified card must be brought.
  • Electronic Clearing Service (ACH)

    It is the service that enables the customer to collect the amounts of the checks deposited in his account in a short period.

    To obtain this service, it is required:-

    • The customer has an account.
    • Provide an identification card for the customer.
    • Availability of the legal and technical requirements in the deposited check.
    • Fill out the disclosure form for sources of funds if the check amount exceeds (10,000) US dollars or (13,200,000) Iraqi dinars.

  • Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Service

    Banks have long sought to find simple and safe ways to obtain cash without having to carry cash that may be subject to theft. This was embodied in the use of electronic cards and ATMs, which have contributed significantly to serving bank customers, encouraging banks to deploy ATMs in public places so that it has become easy to obtain cash from any ATM, even if it is not affiliated with the customer's bank, and from any country, even if it is not the country in which the customer's account was opened. ATMs are now equipped to provide other banking services in addition to the ability to obtain cash, such as the ability to view the balance, the ability to obtain a statement of the last 10 banking transactions, the ability to change the card's PIN, in addition to the ability to use it as a means of advertising and promoting the bank's products and services.

    The International Bank Account Number contributes to improving the level of financial and banking services and settling payments locally and internationally, and in a way that contributes to completing money transfer transactions more quickly, as a result of using a correct bank account number that is confirmed through the International Bank Account Standards.
