Deposit and withdrawal service from any Branch

Through this service, the customer can benefit from the banking services provided by the bank by going to any accessible branch and it is not necessary to go to the branch (in which the account was previously opened).

To obtain this service, it is required:-

  • When depositing and the amount exceeds ($10,000) or ($13,200,000) Iraqi dinars, the customer must submit supporting documents and fill out the Know Your Customer (KYC) form and authorization from the company to deposit in the name of the depositor and the company's seal.
  • In the event of a withdrawal by the company's authorized manager, fill out the Know Your Customer form if the transfer amount exceeds ($10,000) or ($13,200,000) Iraqi dinars.
  • As for withdrawal by a beneficiary, the civil status ID and the residence card or the unified card + supporting documents proving the beneficiary's relationship By the drawer and filling out the Know Your Customer form if the amount is higher than (15 million) dinars or (10 thousand) dollars.


Electronic Payroll System (B2B)

The bank provides its institutional and corporate clients with a comprehensive automated system that ensures full control over the implementation of their various electronic payments, such as employee salaries and supplier invoices, in addition to managing the process of collecting dues from any other parties. This system constitutes a direct, secure and integrated link between the company and the bank, and is compatible with various resource management and accounting systems.

This system ensures greater speed and ease in the payment of salaries and other recurring payments, in addition to simplifying account settlement tasks by issuing statements of accounts for various transactions. It is also characterized by the possibility of adapting it to meet the different purposes and needs of companies and institutions and achieving operational efficiency.

To obtain this service, it is required:-

  • Opening an account by the company's authorized manager.
  • Filling out the B2B service request form.
  • Opening accounts in the names of employees.
  • A contract with the bank to provide it with the service.
